Mumbai: Salman Khan and Aayush Sharma-starrer Antim: The Final Truth has been warmly received by the audience as it continues to see an upward trend in its weekly collections. Since its release, the movie has already collected Rs 17 crore.

Antim, starring Aayush Sharma had a decent opening at the box office. 'Antim' was released on Friday with opening collections of around 4.25-4.5 crore. On Saturday, the film collected Rs 6.03 crore, according to a tweet by Trade analyst Manobala Vijayabalan. The tweet read, "#Antim India Nett Box Office, Witnesses GROWTH on Saturday, Day 1 - 4.81 cr., Day 2 - 6.03 cr, Total - 10.84 cr, #SalmanKhan #AayushSharma (sic)."
According to early estimates, the film has collected Rs 7.50-7.75 crore on Sunday. The report by Box office India states, "Antim - The Final Truth good Sunday growth of 35-40% with collections set to be 7.50-7.75 crore net. The film has seen collections which can be called good in Mumbai circuit and CP Berar while Nizam / Andhra is very good."
Fans were highly elated to see their star on the big screen after a gap of so many months, following the pandemic induced lockdown on cinema halls. Reports of firecrackers being burst at theatres soon started doing the rounds after the film’s release. Salman Khan then took to social media and shared a video of the same. Along with the video, he wrote, “Request all my fans not to take fire crackers inside the auditorium as it could prove to be a huge fire hazard thereby endangering your lives and also others. My request to theatre owners not to allow fire crackers to be taken inside the cinema and security should stop them from doing so at entry point. Enjoy the film by all means but please please avoid this is my request to all my fans .. thank you (sic)”
Antim is an adaptation of the Zee5 Marathi crime drama Mulshi Pattern. The film is presented by Salman Khan Films and produced by Salma Khan.
