Digital Desk: Vicky Kaushal's father, famous stuntman and action director Sham Kaushal, recently reminisced pleasant moments with Ajay Devgn's father, late stunt director Veeru Devgn. He said in a recent interview that he had worked closely with Veeru Devgn when he wasn't familiar with stunt work.
He recalled times when he couldn't find a job and relied on food stamps, walking the streets hungry. During one of these occasions, the late Veeru Devgn offered to take him home and feed him.
He told the ETimes, "I've known Ajay Devgn when I first started out in the film profession as a stuntman. I used to work with Veeru Devgn ji, his father. I believe Ajay was in the fourth or fifth grade when I began working with Veeru ji. They were staying in Santacruz at the time. I had no prior experience with stunt work. To be honest, I was only working as an assistant for him."
He further said, "When Veeru ji passed away, I was shooting in Kochi. I remembered all our days together, especially when I was walking the streets hungry, he took me to his home and fed me."
According to his official website, Vicky Kaushal's father has worked as an action director on films like as Padmavat, Kaabil, Sanju, Dangal, Bajirao Mastani, Krrish 2 & 3, Bajrangi Bhaijan, Gangs of Wasseypur, Dhoom 3, Ram Leela, Raajneeti, Phantom, Kaminey, Om Shanti Om, Gundey, Ishaqzaade & Blackfriday.
On the other hand, Vicky Kaushal was most recently seen in the biopic 'Sardar Udham,' and has recently concluded production on his next project alongside Sara Ali Khan, directed by Laxman Utekar.
On the personal front, he married Katrina Kaif in December 2021, and the couple immediately moved into their new home in Juhu.
