Notably, important companies including Armani Exchange, Doritos, Bata, Cadbury Silk, Boat Speakers, Fanta, and Fair & Handsome are currently endorsed by Kartik Aaryan.

About 21% of Indians over the age of 15 consume pan masala, a food that is extremely carcinogenic. It is one of the main causes of oral cancer, and medical professionals have frequently asked for its prohibition.

Given his reputation as a fitness enthusiast and advocate for healthy living, Akshay Kumar's support for Pan Masala sparked a heated debate because of his contradictory behaviour. On Twitter, the actor expressed regret to his followers and promised to be more selective in the future regarding the brands he supported. Amitabh Bacchan was involved in a similar scandal last year.
