    In today’ high speed lifestyle, where many struggle to find time for self- care , Ken Head, a 92-year-old from Spike Island in Bristol, Britain, has proved  that age is not an excuse not an excuse not an excuse  when it comes to  fitness. A retired engineer, Ken is making waves across the world for maintaining a level of physical health that many young would resent.

    Ken’s daily routine is challenging for someone in his age.  Youthfulness is often associated with passion and energy, while aging is seen as a period of slowing down. However, Ken has broken all stereotypes by staying active and fit. A balanced lifestyle comprising of regular exercise, proper diet, and mental positivity, promote his success. From light exercises to daily walks, Ken ensures his body stays mobile and strong.

    As per a BBC report, Ken has a precise workout routine of 45 minutes daily. Apart from his daily exercises he does boxing and climbing. Ken had undergone medical procedures twice, but none had been able to stop him. Ken Head is also a cancer survivor.

    During his career, the former engineer worked on one of the most iconic aircraft the Concorde.
     Ken's ability to sustain his physical fitness in his nineties is an inspiration story for people across all age groups, reminding younger generation that with determination, physical fitness can be attained.
