Elon Musk and Grimes welcome their second baby via surrogacy

Grimes got down for a hit piece with Vanity Fair, and the interview revealed that she and Elon Musk had another - secret – child.

Digital Desk: Elon Musk and Grimes have welcomed their second kid into the world. The 33-year-old artist, whose true name is Claire Elise Boucher, revealed the news in a new Vanity Fair cover story. In December 2021, she revealed that she and Elon had a surrogate daughter.

This was, however, the couple's first public announcement of the birth of their second child. They already have a child named X A-Xii Musk, who goes by the initials X. According to Entertainment Tonight, Grimes' daughter, Exa Dark Sideræl Musk, goes by the moniker Y. Grimes also discussed the significance of her daughter's name during the conversation. Exa refers to the term exaFLOPS, which stands for "the ability to perform one quintillion floating-point operations per second," according to her. Dark, the baby's middle name, is a play on the term "unknown," according to her.

In the meanwhile, Grimes explained why she wanted to keep Exa's arrival a secret, saying, "I'm not sure. I'm not sure what I was thinking at the time." Given that Elon and Grimes announced their divorce last year after a three-year romance, the baby announcement may come as a surprise. However, she revealed their reunion, saying their relationship is the 'best it's ever been' because they 'just needed to be free.'

"I'd probably call him my boyfriend, but our relationship is quite fluid. We each have our own home. We're inseparably linked. We see each other regularly... We're just doing our own thing, and I don't expect other people to get it. "According to Entertainment Tonight, she went on to say more. When asked if there would be any more bundles of joy, the artist replied that they had "always wanted at least three or four."
