This 8-year-old applied for a job to buy an Xbox
"That had to be the easiest job I'd ever done. I'm also really good at doing the dishes "Nash stated to WCNC.

Digital Desk: An eight-year-old boy who wanted an Xbox decided to apply for a job as his $5-a-week allowance wasn’t enough.

Nash Johnson of Lexington, Kentucky, understood that if he acquired a job, he'd be able to save money more quickly.

"That had to be the easiest job I'd ever done. I'm also really good at doing the dishes "Nash stated to WCNC.

"I just wanted to find my Xbox mates and play Xbox," he explained.

The only issue was that you had to be at least 16 to work at Drake's.

Nash, on the other hand, discovered a flaw in the application.
"It didn't ask for my exact age or when I was born, so I put I was under 18," he explained.

"That kid isn't afraid of failing. He's a self-starter "Belinda, his mother stated.

"Financial knowledge is extremely essential in our household," she continued.

Nash has jars in his house where he learns to save, contribute, and spend money. Getting the job meant he'd have the extra money in the spending jar.

Because of his age, the restaurant was unable to hire him, but they welcomed him to the orientation and surprised him with an Xbox. Nash said, "I was, like, shocked, very shocked.

I wish I could have both the job and the Xbox. I have an Xbox, but I wish I had a job!"
