    citing a Gallup Law and Order Index report.

    countries based on the safety and security of their citizens. This report comes
    after Afghanistan was named the world's "least peaceful" country for
    the fifth consecutive year in the Global Peace Index.

    on how safe people feel in their communities and whether they were prone to
    theft or assault in the previous year.
