Digital Desk: Imran Khan’s ex-wife Reham Khan took another dig at her Ex-husband and former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday, saying that he had “comedic talent” and could fill the vacant place left by his “excellent” friend Navjot Singh Sidhu at the ‘The Kapil Sharma Show.’ Reham Khan, who has been outspoken in her criticism of the former cricketer, insulted her ex-husband by suggesting that he can also try his hand at Bollywood.
Earlier, she also insulted Imran Khan’s comment that “no superpower can prescribe terms to India” and referred to him as “khuddar quam (extremely self-respecting people)” while referring to the “foreign plot” in an interview with a Pakistani reporter.
“In my opinion, India should make space for him. Perhaps in Bollywood. I feel he has the potential to give an Oscar-winning performance,” she told a Pakistani reporter.
Further, when asked what kind of role he should be given, Reham said, “That depends on him. Heroes become villains in Bollywood, and villains become more popular. But I believe he has hilarious potential... At the very least, you’re aware that Paaji’s (Navjot Sidhu) spot on The Kapil Sharma Show is vacant. And now he’s onto shero-shayari (Urdu couplets).”
“Also, he has really good links with Paaji so I feel there can be some sharing with him,” she added.
The comments came on the same day Imran Khan delivered his first address to Pakistan after being removed from power.
Reham Khan didnt mock the former PM for the first time earlier; she also mocked him, referring to him as “delusional” and a “mini-Trump.”
“Imran Khan is insane. He doesnot listen to any advice. Perhaps I would still be married to him if he had followed my advice. Perhaps o thers might not have abandoned him.”
“You see, he’s a diva. He’s a famous person who simply wants to hear praise. He has the stereotypical diva persona, which necessitates boosting his ego. He requires hearing his name and applaus,” Reham added.
