That King Charles And Camilla Were Not In The Castle During The Burglary
Digital Desk: On 13th October, the Windsor Castle estate of King Charles III was invaded by masked burglars who carted away farm vehicles and scaled a security gate. The grounds that the Adelaide Cottage reside in, in which the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, now live, are still protected by police. Thank God, none of the superiors of the royal family were harmed because they were inside their palace when the blast occurred.
As per report, it is revealed further that the two intruders breached a six-foot fence before getting into a barn on the property. They stole a pickup truck and a quad bike and then made off towards Old Windsor. The burglary occurred at around 11:45 p.m., but the police are still investigating the incident, and no arrests have been conducted yet.
Reports have it that King Charles and Camila were not in the castle during the occurrence. Peabody and Buckingham Palace have not released any comment regarding the security breach. Authorities said there was no threat to the British royal family at the time.
This is the latest security incursion into the 15,800-acre royal estate that includes farms, nature reserves, and such attractions as Windsor Castle and the Great Park. The estate is a famous tourist destination located at 40 kilometers in the west of London.
This comes after a similar case in December last year where a man armed with a crossbow sought to assassinate Queen Elizabeth II as he scaled Windsor Castle fences. Security has since been under criticism, but authorities maintain that the senior royals do have protection details.
Thames Valley Police are still looking into the most recent violation while they try to increase security for the ancient preserve.
