Musk also proposed a few modifications to the app in a separate tweet. He claimed that Twitter should be free of bots, spam, and phishing frauds. "We need to get rid of bots, spam, and scams.  Is it really public opinion, or is it simply someone with a hundred thousand fake accounts? You can't tell right now. Algorithms must be open source, with any human interaction clearly marked. Then only trust be deserved." Musk tweeted this in response to a user who lauded Musk for transforming every firm, industry, and field he entered, including online payments, electric vehicles, and satellite networks.

In addition to improving the site, Musk will make some structural adjustments to the content. According to sources, Musk is planning to replace Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal and possibly terminate legal counsel Vijaya Gadde. He recently launched a Twitter assault against Gadde and some of Twitter's existing policies. Musk is likely to replace Agrawal until later this year when the $44 billion sale transaction is done.

If Musk terminates Gadde, Twitter will have to pay her a $12.5 million severance payment, including Twitter stock. According to the New York Post, Gadde earns around $17 million per year and is one of the company's highest-paid executives.

Since Musk took over Twitter, the employees have been concerned about their future. According to insiders close to the company, Musk will not make any job reductions until he takes control of Twitter.
