    But have you ever fantasised what it might be like to practise yoga in space? In a new viral video, European Space Agency astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti is seen mastering a challenging yoga pose in zero gravity.


    Ms. Cristoforetti can be seen performing various yoga poses while following an instructor from Cosmic Kids, a mindfulness platform for children. In zero gravity, the astronaut is wearing elastic bands. She performs an eagle eye pose in the 15-second film by balancing her body while holding the posture in a criss-cross position.
