Digital Desk: Aam Aadmi Party leader Sanjay Singh condemned the alleged attack on the party's Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal on Tuesday. He stated that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken notice of the situation and has ordered strong action to be taken.

Sanjay Singh remarked during a news conference: "There was an incident yesterday. An instance of misbehavior involving Arvind Kejriwal's PA, Bibhav Kumar, and Swati Maliwal occurred at his home. Delhi Police has been notified about this event by Swati Maliwal. This is an incident that deserves condemnation. After becoming aware of the occurrence, Arvind Kejriwal took decisive action. We're with Swati Maliwal."

A PCR call, according to sources with Delhi Police, is when you request police assistance in an emergency situation without making a complaint. Delhi Police is unable to file a formal complaint or file a formal police report (FIR) without receiving a written complaint."

The House of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) was adjourned without any debate earlier today due to a disturbance caused by BJP councillors against the AAP MP Swati Maliwal's alleged assault and their demands for the nomination of a "Dalit" mayor. On Monday, Delhi Police announced that they had not received any complaints regarding the alleged attack on Swati Maliwal at the Chief Minister's residence.
