CMs of BJP-Ruled States Visits Ayodhya, Offer Prayers to Lord Ram

Digital Desk: Chief ministers of BJP-ruled states, after attending the inauguration ceremony of Kashi Vishwanath Dham by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, today visited Ayodhya to offer prayers to Lord Ram. 

Reportedly, eleven chief ministers and five deputy chief ministers reached Ayodhya by 11.30 am. Following it, they will visit the Hanumangarhi temple at around 2 pm and then will offer prayers at the Ram Janmabhoomi, where a temple is being constructed. 

Chief ministers of Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Arunachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Tripura, Gujarat, Haryana and Goa visit the holy city, officials said.

Moreover, Bihar deputy Chief Ministers Tarkishore Prasad and Renu Devi, Arunachal Deputy chief minister Chowna Mein and two deputies of Yogi Adityanath -- Keshav Maurya and Dinesh Sharma were also present.

Sources quoted that chief ministers of Sikkim, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Karnataka and Puducherry might also visit Ayodhya. 

BJP national president JP Nadda will also join the CMs for the first time after the Supreme Court’s landmark judgment in the Ram Janmabhoomi case in 2019. 

The chief ministers will be staying at the Panchsheel hotel as per the district official. Moreover, several ministers and their families will be performing puja at Ram Ki Paidi.
