    Delhi excise policy case: CM Arvind Kejriwal physically appears before court, gets bail
    The court further ordered the ED to provide Kejriwal with any documents pertaining to the complaints.

    Digital Desk: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, appeared before a national capital court on Saturday over the Enforcement Directorate summonses matter. Later on, he was granted bail by the Rouse Avenue Court in the city. 

    Kejriwal was also let to leave the courtroom by Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Divya Malhotra. 

    ''Offence being bailable, accused Arvind Kejriwal is admitted to bail,'' it said. 

    The court further ordered the ED to provide Kejriwal with any documents pertaining to the complaints. In two complaints submitted to the magistrate's court, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is requesting that Kejriwal be prosecuted for allegedly ignoring several summonses that were sent to him about this case.
