    Amidst the preparations, Mohit Pandey, a student at Shri Ram Temple's Dudheshwarnath Ved Vidyapeeth, was chosen to be the priest in the Shri Ram temple of Ayodhya. Mohit is one of 20 priests chosen from about 3000 interviews. All chosen priests will have six months of training before being appointed. According to Acharya Laxmikant Padhi of Ved Vidyapeeth, Mohit hails from Sitapur.


    About Mohit Pandey-


    Mohit spent seven years at Dudheshwarnath Veda Vidyapeeth studying Samveda. He moved to Tirupati to study after finishing his Samveda schooling. He is preparing for a PhD after completing Acharya's degree. 


    Meanwhile, he applied for the position of priest at Ram Temple, for which he was chosen. Aside from this, Rishabh Sharma has already been assigned as a priest. According to Mahant Narayan Giri of the Dudheshwarnath temple, this is something to be very proud of for the entire district. 


    Previously, Acharya Tayoraj Upadhyay and Acharya Nityananda had been invited to the consecration ceremony.
