Digital Desk: The issues surrounding renowned YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav in the rave party case are becoming worse. The Noida Police filed an FIR on Elvish's involvement in the usage of snake venom at a rave party.

Regarding the incident a new point has emerged after BJP MP Maneka Gandhi put her nose in the matter, it's been said that the accused who have been caught in the case of supplying snake poison to the party have taken the name of Elvish Yadav.

In an interview with Aaj Tak, she stated, "We found out about it because influencer Elvish Yadav is promoting it. Elvish, according to Maneka Gandhi, should be imprisoned because he is the mastermind of the entire situation."

'Snakes are caught and killed in the woodlands,' added the MP. All are listed as endangered species. The legislation provides for a seven-year prison sentence, which all of them should get. 'Two types of videos are coming,' added the BJP MP, referring to the use of snakes and animal rape.

"We assisted in the arrest of 18 persons on animal rape charges. This is the second arrest in the snake-use case. People will go to any length for views." she further added.

Noida Police searched Sector 49 on the allegation of Maneka Gandhi's NGO PFA (persons for Animals), arresting 5 persons and recovering 9 snakes, including 5 cobras.

From the party venue, authorities recovered snake venom, five cobras, one python, two long-tailed snakes, and one horsetail snake. Snake venom was also recovered from the site as said, according to police.

Reportedly, when the arrested people were interviewed, the police took the identity of Big Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav. The accused claimed that they used to supply snakes to Elvish celebrations. Following this, the police have also filed a FIR against Elvish Yadav.

The sections under which the accused in this instance has been charged are not bailable. Elvish Yadav's arrest is almost certain if there is substantial evidence against him. So far, the police investigation has found that an informer called Elvish Yadav to explain the entire situation.
