Digital Desk: According to the global rating survey released by the
Morning Consult Political Intelligence, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi (PM Modi) topped the most popular world leaders list.
The survey further revealed that PM Modi occupied the first position with an approval rating of 71 percent. Mexico President Andrés Manuel López Obrador ranked second with a 66 percent rating. At the same time, Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi kept the third position with 60 percent approval.
The survey was also conducted based on the 13 most popular world leaders. US president Joe Biden took the sixth position with a 43 percent rating. Biden is followed by Canadian President Justin Trudeau, also at 43 percent and Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison at 41 percent.

This ranking is not the first time PM Modi has secured this position. Earlier, in 2021, PM Modi had topped the most popular world leaders list.
The world leader and nation trajectory information is established on a seven-day moving norm of all grown-ups in a given nation, with a margin of between +/- 1-3%.
In the United States, the moderate sample proportion is about 45,000. According to the Morning Consult Political Intelligence, in other nations, the sample size ranges from approximately 3,000-to 5,000.
