    Vande Bharat introduces special ticket for Deepawali, Chhath; check details

    Digital Desk: Indian Railways introduced Vande Bharat Express trains to cover long-distance journeys in response to the increased demand over the holiday season. During the upcoming Chhath Puja and Diwali festivals, it will operate the Patna-New Delhi Special Vande Bharat Express, which is fully reserved. At present, this new semi-high-speed train will operate as a special train for 6 trips. 


    New Delhi to Patna

    New Delhi (NDLS) to Patna (PNBE) will be operated by the new Vande Bharat Express Special train, number 02252, while Patna to New Delhi will be operated by the 02251 train number. On November 11, it will leave the New Delhi train station to begin its journey. 


    Check the time, date, and stoppages

    In less than 12 hours, the train will start its journey at 7:45 a.m. and reach Patna that same evening at 7:00 p.m. This special service will be available on November 11, 14 and 16.


    Train 02251, popularly known as the Vande Bharat train, is a reservation-based service that will leave from Patna Junction and return to New Delhi on November 12, 15, and 17. 


    This train is expected to arrive in New Delhi at 7:00 PM on the same day after it leaves Patna Junction at 7:00 AM. It will stop at each of the next five times: Ara Junction at 08:28, Buxar at 09:28, Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Junction at 10:28, Prayagraj at 12:10, and New Delhi at 19:00.


    Ticket prices

    The special Vande Bharat Express costs 2355 for the AC Chair Car coach from New Delhi (NDLS) to Patna (PNBE), and Rs 4410 for the AC Executive Chair Car coach.
