According to the affidavit of 2024, PM Modi has paid an income tax of Rs 3 lakh, 33 thousand, and 179 in the financial year 2023–24.

     

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi has filed a nomination for the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat for the third time. PM Modi filled out the nomination papers on Tuesday in the presence of 4 proposers along with CM Yogi Adityanath. Its supporters included Ganeshwar Shastri, Baijnath Patel, Lalchand Kushwaha, and Sanjay Sonkar. 

     

    According to the affidavit filed by PM Modi, his movable assets have increased by 52 percent between 2014 and 2019. Most of his movable assets are in the form of fixed deposits of Rs 1.27 crore at the State Bank of India. In the affidavit, PM Modi also gave information about how much income tax he pays every year.

    PM's income in 2020–21 was Rs 17 lakh, 07 thousand, 930. 

     

    His income in 2021–22 was Rs 15 lakh, 41 thousand, and 870. 

     

    At the same time, in 2022–23, the Prime Minister earned an income of Rs 23 lakh, 56 thousand, 080.

     

    How much cash is in PM's hands?

     

    PM Narendra Modi informed in the affidavit that till March 31, 2019, he had Rs 38,750 in cash form. Modi has Rs 4,143 deposited in his bank. 

     

    According to the affidavit filed in 2014, PM Modi had Rs 32700 in cash, a bank balance of Rs 26.05 lakh, and a fixed deposit of Rs 32.48 lakh.

     

    PM does not have a house or car

     

    According to the affidavit, PM Modi neither has a house nor a car. He has four gold rings, which are worth around Rs 2 lakh.
