Poster Politics: BJP’s 'Bhrastachar Ka Betaaj Badshah' poster on Kejriwal making rounds on Social Media

The poster's bold messaging directly accuses Kejriwal of being synonymous with corruption, portraying him as an unchecked ruler in the realm of dishonest practices

Digital Desk: The Delhi BJP recently launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by revealing a poster titled "Bhrastachar Ka Betaaj Badshah" (The Unrivalled Emperor of Corruption). This move comes amidst escalating political tensions in the capital.

The poster, strategically designed to depict Kejriwal as a symbol of corruption, aims to tarnish his image and discredit his leadership. The BJP's aggressive stance against Kejriwal stresses the intense political rivalry and the upcoming electoral dynamics in Delhi.

The poster's bold messaging directly accuses Kejriwal of being synonymous with corruption, portraying him as an unchecked ruler in the realm of dishonest practices. This aggressive campaign tactic by the Delhi BJP signals a shift towards a more confrontational approach in the political landscape of the city.

    Changing dynamics after Kejriwal’s release

Before Arvind Kejriwal’s release, the BJP had been running a subtle attack campaign against the AAP; however, Kejriwal’s release of bail changed the dynamics of the campaign, where the BJP seemed to be more fiercely attacking the AAP and their supreme leader.

Until his release, the AAP campaign has focused on Kejriwal's arrest. The posters included a picture of the Delhi Chief Minister behind the jail. Now that the AAP chief is gone, even temporarily, the campaign dynamics will shift. The motto 'Tiger is back' appears on the poster for the roadshow on Saturday. This will be Kejriwal's first roadshow for the 2024 Lok Sabha election.
