Itanagar: The latest images taken through satellite showed China's second newly constructed enclave in Arunachal Pradesh. Satellite pictures show enclaves having at least 60 buildings.
According to satellite images, the new enclave did not exist in 2019. In Arunachal's Shi Yomi district, this newly constructed enclave extends 93 km east of the first settlement revealed in January. The presence was verified by a report submitted by the US Department of Defence (DOD).
India reacted sharply to the report stating, "China has undertaken construction projects in the past several years along with the border areas. Including the areas that it has illegally occupied over the decades. India has neither accepted such illegal occupation of our territory nor has it accepted the unjustified Chinese claims."
The second enclave lies approximately 6 kilometers within India between the Line of Actual Control (LAC) and the International Boundary. India has always alleged this as its land.

As per sources, the images did not confirm any movement or mode of settlement in these enclaves.
The Indian Army did not clearly describe the new construction that had come up within Indian territory.
The NDTV report further stated that Tapir Gao, BJP MP from Arunachal East, had spoken on the invasion of China into Arunachal Pradesh in Parliament in 2019. He stated, "Please don't allow the next Doklam in Arunachal Pradesh as China has encroached more than 50 km of the land of the state."
