Digital Desk: A proactive step towards the forthcoming General Elections 2024, a team of Election Commission of India (ECI) officials, headed by Deputy Election Commissioner Hirdesh Kumar, held pivotal discussions at Janata Bhawan in Dispur. Engaging with key figures such as Chief Secretary Paban Kumar Borthakur, Chief Electoral Officer Anurag Goel, and other high-ranking officials, the team diligently reviewed the state's poll preparedness.
The meetings, which also included representatives from central enforcement agencies and senior secretaries of various government departments, aimed to synchronize efforts for a seamless electoral process.
