Five female wrestlers from India have been selected to represent their country in the Asian Olympic Qualifying Event and 2021 Senior Asian Wrestling Championship which will take place in Almaty, Kazakhstan from April 9 to April 18.
The five wrestlers were selected in the national selection trials at STC Lucknow in five different weight categories to select the women wrestling team for the upcoming competition.
The players that have been selected are Seema (50kg), Anshu Malik (57kg), Sonam malik (62kg), Nisha Dahiya (68kg) and Pooja Sihag (76kg).
