    Qatar: Afghan refugees have been making a desperate bid to escape the Taliban rule Afghanistan, over the week. A new video has surfaced showing hundreds of refugees packed in a camp in Qatar in shabby condition. The video shared by Afghan news agency Asvaka shows that hundreds of women and men living inside the refugee camp in Qatar where they have only one toilet and lacks an air conditioning system in the high-temperature conditions of Qatar. One toilet and shower for hundreds of them and there is no service available for their disposal.





    Thousands of Afghans trying to flee Afghanistan after the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan on Sunday after President Ashraf Ghani fled the country.





    “People are so desperate to escape the Taliban that they’re passing babies and kids forward to the gate at Kabul airport,” said one user who shared the footage online. Women are seen throwing their babies over the barbed wires of the Kabul airport gates and pleading with the soldiers to take their children.





    A day after the Taliban takeover, Kabul airport emerged by hundreds of men and women running along a US Air Force jet trying to board the flight during take-off. Some managed to cling on to the wings and wheels of the US flight, only to fall to their deaths from the sky. The US Air Force had later found human remains on the wheels of the C-17 aircraft.





    The White House has arranged 13 flights on Tuesday and airlifted 1,100 US citizens, permanent residents, and their families from the Kabul airport.
