Dinner spoiled: KFC puts its head in the box

Digital Desk: KFC, the favorite meal of the fast-food lovers across the world has earned many feathers on its Hat in due time, but recently the company has got something else to offer its customers than just ‘finger-licking good’!

Many weird incidents have been reported across the world of fast food shockers, but the one you are about to read may restrain you from licking your fingers in a KFC fine dine!

    Reader's discretion is advised.

In a weird incident, a customer from the United Kingdom encountered a shocking incident when she opened a pack of crispy fried hot wings of KFC.

It was not just hot wings that the restaurant wanted her to taste but also something ‘above’ it.

The customer took it to Twitter when she found an entire crispy chicken head coated with ‘secret’ spicy batter inside her hot wings box!

The customer identified as Gabrielle ordered the takeaway meal from a KFC fine dine-in in Twickenham, England.

Apparently, the ‘Twitterati’ panicked over the review that was posted on the Instagram account ‘Takeawaytrauma’.

The customer of course did not leave a positive review and twitted,” I found a fried chicken head in my hot wings meal. Put me off the rest of my meal, urgh”.

The multi-dollar company KFC later reacted to the claim on Twitter saying they were ‘bemused’ with the incident.

“We were genuinely surprised by this photo. Since Gabrielle got in touch, we’ve been looking into how it happened," the company posted.

The company production control supervisor added that the food 'slipped through the strict processes and checks in place' with suppliers, partners, and teams. "It's one we've taken incredibly seriously - already putting further measures in place without suppliers as well as retraining our teams to prevent it happening again,”

Though we believe in the phrase ‘ all is well that ends well’, KFC apparently reached out to the customer and offered her some free meals. They also invited her whole family to the same takeaway place to check how meals are prepared in the kitchen.
