US Cracks Down on Illegal Immigration with Historic Deportation Operation
Hundreds of illegal migrants were arrested and deported in a massive operation…

Digital Desk: After President Donald Trump took office US law enforcement launched a massive deportation operation that resulted in the arrest of more than 500 immigrants followed by the deportation of hundreds within one of the biggest such operations to date. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed authorities arrested 538 illegal immigrants including a suspected terrorist along with four members of the Tren de Aragua gang as well as several suspects who had committed child sexual abuse and other serious violations. Authority vessels used military planes to rapidly send many of these people back to their home countries.

The border enforcement operation launched shortly after Trump’s win implements border protection policies pledged by the administration to stop illegal immigration. A White House preview showed evidence of serious crimes involving sexual predation of children among those arrested people. Through a dedicated commitment the Trump administration prioritizes eviction of immigrant offenders whose crimes endanger national defense and community safety.

Presidential executive order "Protecting the American people against invasion" served as the direct cause for this crackdown. An executive order authenticated by President Trump in early 2017 details the latest illegal immigration wave's impact on American law enforcement. Government officials maintain numerous undocumented immigrants inside America present offence-causing threats to community safety.

The GOP-led United States Congress voted for the Laken Riley Act on January 23 to allow border officials to detain and deport undocumented migrants who commit specific offenses. Operations are celebrated as one of the biggest deportation efforts to take place in US history because they demonstrate the administration's dedication to immigration law enforcement and protecting American citizen safety.
