Nagpur: While passing through the busy road, we usually come across vendors, street hawkers, selling their products, beginning morn till late in the evening and sometimes till late night as well. Very few would dare to question them about their day-to-day routine, their daily struggles etc. Amid such stories, gives rise to some inspiring pieces, often changing our perspective towards life. Making our mundane life beautiful as we listen to their struggles and hardships, while trying to bring a smile on our faces.
In one such inspiring story of a 70-year-old man from Nagpur, who goes about selling poha, chana and Chiwda for Rs 20, to support his family, his smile steals our heart. Old, but not broken. He has kept his head high, flashing that priceless smile.
A video of this 70-year-old man named Jayanti Bhai is now winning the hearts of the netizens. The elderly sells his snack from 6 pm to 8 pm in the streets of Gandhibagh and Itwari in Nagpur, riding on a cycle, selling for Rs 20.

The video showed the man walking beside his bicycle on the streets. The cycle has a small basket tied in the back with all the ingredients to make poha chana chiwda. He even prepared one plate of the snack by putting the rice onto a plate made of newspaper. He then simply added some chiwda, chana and completed the dish with a gravy before serving. His smile at the end of the video will surely melt your hearts too.
After selling poha, he travels to Mahajanwadi where he works as a security guard. He additionally sells poha to meet his daily expenses and medical bills.

After being posted online, the clip garnered close to 6 lakh views. While some people were extremely inspired by the elderly man’s hard work, other enquired about his bank account details so that they could help him out.
