All you need is a detoxification program to counteract the negative effects of overeating and rid your body of toxins.     1. Give up coffee and drink green tea daily: It has a lot of benefits. For example, drinking green tea on a daily basis is thought to aid with weight loss. It oxidizes fat and removes an excess level of water from the body. While we are on the subject of drinking, remember to drink plenty of water. First thing in the morning, drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice. This aids in the flushing of the system.


    2. Have probiotic foods:  Probiotics are natural and beneficial bacteria that help to maintain intestinal homeostasis.


    3. Reduce puffiness around eyes: Excess fluid around the eyes can cause puffiness. According to skin specialists, gently tapping the skin around the eyes with the fingertips can occasionally help the gathered fluid drain away.  Work from the inner eye and go towards the temples. Applying grated potatoes or potato juice around the eyes also helps to alleviate puffy eyes.


    4. Have an energy-boosting drink: Pineapple and orange juice together make a delicious drink. Orange juice and pineapple juice combine to form a tasty beverage. You can use freshly extracted pineapple and orange juices. Remember to dilute with water. Alternatively, mix freshly squeezed carrot juice with tomato juice. Squeeze in some lemon juice. Orange juice can be added to green coconut water.  Lemon juice can be squeezed into it to add flavour. It aids in flushing the system.


    5. You can also add spices to tea: Add Ginger (adrak), Cardamon (elaichi), and Cinnamon (dalchini) to your diet as they have numerous health benefits. Ginger tea can be made by boiling ginger in water. Ginger tea is recommended after meals to aid digestion. It lessens inflammation as well. Chamomile tea is available in tea bags. It eases tension and promotes relaxation.


    6. Take up yoga: Exercises, or "asanas," are especially beneficial for strengthening the body and making it more flexible, supple, and youthful. They are combined with breathing exercises, which improve oxygenation, purifies the organ systems, and induce relaxation of both the body and mind. Additionally, it lessens stress. Change your lifestyle by quitting smoking, alcohol, bingeing on heavy, fried foods, etc.
