    1| Excessive pollution, especially in cities, can lead to long-term tension and worry. When we are constantly exposed to pollutants, noise, and contaminated air, stress hormones are released, which has a negative impact on our mental health. 

    Stress-reduction strategies such as mindfulness, meditation, and yoga can help people manage stress and anxiety on a regular basis.

    2| Air pollution has been linked to an increased risk of mood disorders and depression, according to research. Pollutants can have an effect on the brain's functioning, altering mood and cognitive function. 

    However, improving indoor air quality, decreasing exposure to outside pollutants, and seeking professional care when experiencing mood abnormalities are all important steps in combating depression and mood disorders caused by pollution.


    3| Pollution, particularly fine particulate matter (PM2.5) exposure, has been linked to an increased risk of neurodegenerative illnesses such as dementia and Alzheimer's, as well as dementia. 

    Air purifiers, sufficient ventilation, and lifestyle adjustments, such as wearing masks in extremely polluted regions, can assist in safeguarding cognitive health by reducing exposure to air pollution.
