By Fareed Zakaria
As the title of the book says, there are ten lessons one can carry along in a post-pandemic world. Each lesson of the book is as sagacious as others.
According to the business tycoon, a quote in the book has grabbed his attention which says, “ outbreaks are inevitable, but pandemics are optional”.
In this book author Fareed Zakaria tries to portray some social issues or to be precise some of the wrong practices of the government due to which various global crises have occurred from time to time.
Mr. Ambani said that these issues need to be put up on a global platform urgently, leaders from across the world must come together and it is the need of the hour.
He also emphasized that it can be done only through efficient leadership, lifestyle transformation, and a sense of cooperation.
The second best choice of Mr. Ambani this year in books was ‘Principles for Dealing With the Changing World Order: Why Nations Succeed and Fail’ by Ray Dalio.
He suggests this book to the young entrepreneurs, executives, policymakers, and most importantly the youth of the nation.
The book puts light upon the causes or reasons that have incessantly determined the success or failure stories of major countries for over 500 years in the timeline. the book helps us to portray a hypothetical image of the future and its belongings.
The business tycoon has always been a visionary and a far-sighted person, thus this book on his shelf is nothing surprising -

By Mauro Guillen
Ambani enjoyed reading this book as the book is bound with insightful projections about the state of the world after a decade, especially about the incoming changes in demography and its impact on the world economy.
It also explores trends in urbanization, technology, gig economy, and automation that are bound to shape the post-Covid world.
Another book which he mentioned in the interview is “The Raging 2020s: Companies, Countries, People-and the Fight for Our Future
By Alec Ross
It digs deep into how the social contract-the unsaid agreement between governments, businesses, and people-that sustained modern civilization for several decades is undergoing a fundamental shift in the digital age. The book has interviews with some of the greatest thinkers of our time on the political and economic forces that have contributed to this shift and on what lies ahead for our civilization.
Since the idiom says ‘ Rome wasn’t built in a day, Mr. Ambani believes in steady and fruitful development, this book definitely reflects his personality and approach towards the future -
