They are observed every year on July 7th. It's a yearly event held in honour of the delectable dessert that has delighted people all over the world for ages. 

    Chocolate has evolved into a multibillion-dollar industry in modern times. It is available in a variety of forms, including bars, truffles, and hot chocolate.     The Aztec people of Mexico invented chocolate almost 3,000 years ago. They made a bitter drink out of cocoa beans from the Cacao tree.

    This day allows us to acknowledge and appreciate their contributions to our current understanding and appreciation of chocolate. The Aztecs gave a chocolate-based drink called Xocolatl to a Spanish explorer named Hernan Cortes in 1519.
