1. Aloe Vera Gel: Aloe vera is the most skin-friendly herb that helps soften, moisturize and hydrate it. Aloe vera is full of antioxidants and aids in skin lightening. Apply some fresh aloe vera gel directly on your neck. Give it a light massage, let it sit for about 20 minutes, and then give it a quick cold water rinse. Apply on a regular basis to see a noticeable difference within days.
2. Apple Cider Vinegar: Apple cider vinegar helps to regulate the pH of the skin and removes dead skin cells. Douse the cotton ball, dip it in the solution, and apply it around your neck. After 10 minutes, rinse it off with water. For the best results, you can do this every day.
3. Baking Soda: Using baking soda on a regular basis is one of the best ways to remove dead skin cells. This wonderful cooking ingredient aids in the removal of dirt and the nourishment of the skin from within. Make a smooth paste with two tablespoons of baking soda and two tablespoons of water. Apply to the neck on a daily basis and scrub when dry. Following that, wash with water and observe the difference within a week.
4. Potato juice: Potatoes have bleaching effects and can significantly lighten the skin. They can make the skin tone even. Simply squish a potato and apply its juice to the affected area with a cotton ball. Once dry, simply rinse with water and repeat the process everyday.
