    She continues, "particular practices and training highlight the importance of the current moment and mindfulness in the present." In basic terms, a three-step process can assist regulate one and bring more balance and well-being:

    1. Continue to focus on the heart health

    2. Instill positive emotions such as appreciation, gratitude, concern, or compassion. 

    3. And then spread that emotion to yourself and others.

    The aforementioned step is easy and gives you a purposeful strategy that can alleviate stress, worry, or despair, as well as lead to countless other advantages of heart clarity.
