    3. Use relaxation techniques instead of smoking: If smoking is your trigger when you're anxious, the best alternatives for you are deep breathing, yoga, and relaxing music.

    4. Remind yourself of the benefits: Whenever you feel like you are about to relapse, remind yourself of the advantages.

    5. Rely on your family: One of the best strategies to stop smoking is to rely on your family. Talk to them on the phone, by text, or in person whenever you want to smoke.
