    Digital Desk: The Bharatiya Janata Party launched its political manifesto on Sunday under the slogan "Modi ki Guarantee," with only five days remaining until the first phase of the Lok Sabha elections begin. The manifesto prioritizes women's welfare, increased development, and a plan for "Viksit Bharat," or developed India. 

     BJP claims that 2025 will be proclaimed as 'Janjatiya Gaurav Year'. 
    A 'single electoral roll' and 'One Nation One Election' were promised in the BJP election manifesto. 

    The BJP's manifesto also emphasizes the introduction of additional Lakhpati Didis. With the PM Surya Ghar Yojana, guarantees to have zero electricity bills.

    In addition, the BJP platform promises a law against paper leaks, the implementation of the National Education Policy, and India's quest to host the Olympics in 2036. 

    The party also promised to become the country the world's third-largest economy when it ran for office. 

    The manifesto aimed to establish India as a "global manufacturing hub." 

    Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, and party President JP Nadda were present for the manifesto's unveiling.

    Addressing the gathering, JP Nadda stated that the people's unequivocal mandate for the party was what allowed the government to accomplish its ten-year goals, which included repealing Article 370 of the Constitution and passing the Women's Reservation Law. 

    The Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) platform for the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections was unveiled at the event. Nadda stated, "The achievements of the last 10 years are a result of a clear mandate."
     
     Prior to the publishing of the "Sankalp Patra," the BJP conducted several exercises, including large-scale nationwide campaigns to solicit public input. As a result, the party formed a manifesto committee, led by Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, which convened twice to discuss the document's contents.

    Over 1.5 million suggestions were sent in for the BJP's manifesto, with over 400,000 coming through the NaMo app and over 1.1 million through videos. To select the 543 members of the 18th Lok Sabha, elections for the Lok Sabha are set to take place in India between April 19, 2024, and June 1, 2024. 

    There will be seven phases to these elections, and the results will be announced on June 4. Of the 1.44 billion people on the planet, about 970 million can vote. 

    The general election will take place concurrently with the elections for legislative assemblies of Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, and Sikkim. Furthermore, there are going to be by-elections in 16 states for 35 seats.
