Congress leader files complaint against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for alleged sedition
Digital Desk: Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, has been charged for cooperating with Khalistani separatists at a police station in Mohali, Punjab.

In his complaint, Sandeep Dixit, a Congress leader, cited an interview with Kumar Vishwas, a former Aam Aadmi Party leader.

According to Dikshit, Vishwas discussed his exchanges with Punjab Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal during the 2017 Assembly elections in the interview.

In 2017, Vishwas alerted Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal regarding the rise of Khalistani separatists. According to the allegation, Kejriwal had disregarded the cautions and asserted to handle them.

The complaint noted, "...thereby revealing that he was in touch with separatists for the Punjab Vidhan Sabha elections."

    • It moved on to state that Kejriwal did not contend but rather embraced the concept of Khalistan, stating that in that scenario, "he will merrily become the Prime Minister of an autonomous state of Khalistan."

"The statements were made to sow fear or terror in public, or were most reasonable to do so." "A charge of sedition has been filed against Kejriwal as a consequence of this," Dikshit's complaint stated.

To far, no FIR has been filed in association with this happening.

Meanwhile, AAP leader Raghav Chadha has rejected the charges and has hit Vishwas for defaming and mocking Kejriwal.

"Vishwas' offensive, unfounded, inaccurate, and inflammatory hints are not only demonstrably defamatory, but even representative of promoting hatred, ill will, and hostility in community, especially against the AAP," Chadha counted.
