person was caught on tape raping a stray dog in a park in Hari Nagar. The
entire incident was videotaped, and the footage has gone viral on social media,
with many people criticizing the man for his horrible act of animal cruelty.
An animal feeder who witnessed the
crime and videotaped it phoned authorities to report it. According to a
screenshot of a WhatsApp conversation, police officials denied knowing about
the dog's rape. "SHO persuaded him not to file a complaint, saying that if

filing a FIR and arresting this monster. What is preventing SHO Harinagar from
acting? (sic)"

crime?" she asked, referring to the SHO's alleged behaviour.

internet user said. And shame on the system for failing to reinforce the laws
