Delhi girl stabbed 21 times then smashed with boulder by Boyfriend, as people walk by; shocking CCTV footage surfaces

The perpetrator, named as Sahil, was apprehended in Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, just hours after perpetrating the heinous murder.

Digital Desk: The teen was stabbed 21 times. The attack
was so vicious that the murder weapon, a knife, became trapped in her head at one
point. A few moments later, the killer grabbed up a nearby boulder and began
pounding her. He beat her with the boulder five times while passersby went by,
with no one intervening or stopping the attack.

    These
are the images obtained by a CCTV camera in a lane in Delhi's Rohini's Shahbad
Dairy neighbourhood. The perpetrator, named as Sahil, was apprehended in
Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh, just hours after perpetrating the heinous murder.

    Sahil,
    20, works as a fridge-AC repair mechanic.

    The accused,
Sahil, 20, and the victim were supposedly in a relationship and had a fight the
    day before the event.

    She was on her
way to a friend's son's birthday party when Sahil stopped her and began
stabbing her many times. On the complaint of the girl's father, a FIR under
Section 302 of the IPC was filed at PS Shahbad Dairy.

    The Delhi Chief
Minister and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) reacted to the 16-year-old girl's gruesome
murder by asking the L-G to intervene.

"A minor girl is brutally murdered openly in
Delhi," he tweeted. This is heartbreaking and tragic. Criminals have lost
their fear. The police are not feared. L-G, you are in charge of law and order.
Take action. The safety of the citizens of Delhi is of the utmost
    importance."

Swati Maliwal, DCW chief, says Delhi is exceedingly dangerous
    for women.

    Swati Maliwal,
the chief of the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW), stated on Monday that the
national capital has become highly dangerous for women. Her reaction followed
the violent murder of a 16-year-old girl outside her home in Delhi's Shahbad by
    a male friend.

"A 16-year-old girl was stabbed 40-50 times and then hit
multiple times by a stone," she explained. All of this was captured on
CCTV. Several people witnessed this but did not pay attention. Women and girls
are increasingly dangerous in Delhi. I request that the central government
convene a high-level meeting involving the Union HM, Delhi LG, DCW chairman,
    and Delhi CM."
