Sidhu Moose Wala, who announced his candidacy as a Congress candidate in Punjab last year, was assassinated in May...
Digital Desk: The convicts in the Sidhu Moose Wala murder case had a spat with one other inside the Goindwal Central Prison in Punjab this afternoon.
Three of them were critically injured in the fight, while another is in critical condition.
Two persons were murdered in the brawl, according to Taran Tarn's SSP Gurmeet Singh Chauhan. According to sources, one of them is Mandeep Toofan.
The accused made the sharp weapons used in the fight while jailed. The case is being investigated by authorities.
In a social media post, Goldie Brar claimed responsibility for the gang war inside the jail.
The incidents in jail today, according to Brar, are the result of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. "They were slaughtered by our brothers Ankit Sirsa, Kashish, and Mama Keta," he wrote.
"Our brother Manpreet Bhau was attacked in a barrack two days ago at Jaggu's request. Jaggu had betrayed us. Jaggu has done a lot of harm to us, and his parties now sell narcotics, and his henchmen are bad. He is now on our radar," he added.
"We neither send drugs nor sell drugs," he stated.
Moose Wala, who ran for election in Punjab on a Congress platform last year, was killed by unidentified gunmen on May 29, 2022, in Punjab's Mansa district. His death was connected to state gang rivalry.
