Happy Birthday Ravish Kumar! 'The Fearless Journalist' shares emotional note after Photo of Auto drivers supporting him goes viral
Ravish Kumar has hosted several news-based shows such as Hum Log, Ravish Ki Report, Desh Ki Baat, and Prime Time on NDTV India. Kumar has been awarded the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism award twice.

Digital Desk: Happy Birthday to the Fearless Journalist, Ravish Kumar! Someone says Congress, someone says opposition. But he has never done any show in the support of the Congress or the opposition party nor has he been seen by anyone who has written a single word.

He has been telling the country how the politicians have been exploiting the people of the country in various ways with divisive policies. And, he is an idol for all the people across the country from an auto driver to the common man. He is none other than Ravish Kumar, a brave, uncompromising journalist who resigned from NDTV soon after the Adani Group bought NDTV.

A picture of some auto drivers written the Journalist’s name on it in support of the reactionary circle Ravish Kumar has recently gone viral on social media.

Seeing such a scene, the brave journalist is once again impressed.

In his Facebook post, Ravish Kumar wrote in Hindi, "It was June 2018. I was going to the office. There was an auto on the way, which had my name written on it. I stopped the auto and gave him my number so that they could come to the office and meet me. The next day, four autos. I was not told anything about it. A driver brought a watch for me and asked, Will you wear it? Soon, I took off the watch I was wearing and put on the watch he gave me. On that day, when I did the show, I raised my hand and showed the watch to everyone. Looks like a picture of these autos has gone viral today. “

He further urged people to give him some lonely time and wrote, “I am grateful for the love all of you have showered on me over the last few days. I am waking up, sleeping amid thousands of messages and suggestions.  Avoid sending messages for the next few days. I need some alone time. Do not message me. It has been difficult to get through all the messages that have come to me. I need time. I hope you all understand, and won't send messages. Not even on WhatsApp. "

Most of the people of the country are sure that the channel would lose its former impact after the Adani Group purchased Ravish Kumar's channel, known as a fierce critic of the Modi government.

Ravish Kumar has hosted several news-based shows such as Hum Log, Ravish Ki Report, Desh Ki Baat, and Prime Time on NDTV India. Kumar has been awarded the Ramnath Goenka Excellence in Journalism award twice.  He has also been awarded the Raman Magsaysay Award in 2019. He served for NDTV India from 1994 to 2022. There were also death threats for the brave anti-government journalist. He has been given various awards for his work in journalism including the Raman Magsaysay Award (2019). He was awarded the Gauri Lankesh Award, the Kuldip Nayar Journalism Award (2017), and the Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi Award (2010) for Hindi journalism and creative literature.

Notably, Ravish Kumar will now continue his courageous journalism through his own YouTube channel.
