According to a statement made by IRCTC, technical issues prevent the ticketing service from being used. "Our technical team is fixing the problem, they declared. When the technical problem is fixed, we will let you know."
"DUE TO MAINTENANCE ACTIVITY E-TICKETING SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. PLS TRY AGAIN LATER," The following notice was shown while logging into the IRCTC website.

The Indian Railways has advised customers attempting to make reservations to use alternative B2C companies like Amazon, Moneytrip, and others.
"The ticketing service is not available on the IRCTC website or App due to technical issues. The problem is being resolved by the CRIS technical team. Other B2C businesses like Amazon, Makemytrip, and others also let customers order tickets," IRCTC tweeted.
