    The kitchen's budget has also been skewed due to the high cost of food. The tempering must be done in a pan with less oil. Nonetheless, in such a situation, mustard oil is now roughly Rs. 40 per litre cheaper than the greatest level is significant.

    The price of mustard has dropped by around Rs. 3, making it available for Rs. 165 per litre. On February 6, the average price of mustard oil was Rs.168. On February 5, it was registered at Rs. 160 per liter. As a result, the price of mustard has risen to the level of February 4. On the other hand, mustard oil cost Rs. 164 in Uttar Pradesh on January 3.

    In December 2021, mustard oil achieved its peak price of Rs. 200. According to futures market specialists, oil usage spikes in the winter. As a result, the price of mustard oil is not cheap. As the winter draws to a close, oil prices will plummet. In the oilseeds market, there is a chance that the oil price will drop unexpectedly in the coming days.

    Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, according to analysts, has granted aid to farmers who plant oilseeds in the Budget 2022-23. After a few months, the results will be seen.

    On February 7, the maximum price of mustard was set at Rs. 174 per litre in Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. On February 6, the maximum price of mustard in Ghazipur district was Rs. 172 per litre. At the same time, the oil price in Kanpur peaked at Rs. 180 per litre on February 5. As a result, the price could rise in the coming days.
