Patna: The Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) has stated that they will celebrate the 29th anniversary of the Babri Masjid demolition on Monday. Preparations for the same have been completed at the state office in Patna.
The event which has been scheduled for today at the RJD office, was given a brief on Sunday. The anniversary of the Babri Masjid demolition falls on December 6, every year.
Indian politician and RJD leader Jagdanand Singh will be present at the event. All party leaders have been invited to the event as well.
The event is scheduled to be held from 01:00 pm as per sources. However, opposition parties continue to talk about the event.

At the same time, a high alert has been issued for Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh ahead of the 29th anniversary of the Babri Masjid demolition.
The construction is currently underway and is funded by the Ram Mandir Trust. Therefore, the parties associated with Babri Masjid stated that now there is no requirement to observe December 6 as Black Day.
However, security personnel is on duty to protect the people in Adhoydha. Speaking on security arrangements, Ayodhya Deputy Superintendent of Police RK Chaturvedi said, "Ayodhya has always been a sensitive topic. We regularly check vehicles and other things near tourist places and hotels. Our entire team of commandos has been deployed across the city."
RJD leader further stated that on the same day, RJD would observe the death anniversary of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar, the chief architect of the Indian Constitution.
