    UP government tells SC, "Polluted air comes from Pakistan"

    Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh (UP) government told the Supreme Court of India that 'polluted air coming from Pakistan which in turn is affecting Delhi' during a hearing. 





    The UP government has said to the Supreme Court that the closure of industries would affect the state's sugar cane and milk manufacturers. UP is in the downwind; the air is coming principally from Pakistan. 





    To this remark, Chief Justice of India NV Ramana made a humorous point stating, "so do you want to ban industries in Pakistan?"





    Throughout the hearing, lawyer Ranjit Kumar put questions on the closure of sugar mills. He stated that this would create a problem for the farmers, while these mills are 90 km from Delhi. 





    In such a state, 8 hours is very less for China factories. On this, the Supreme Court stated, 'You go to the commission, tell them, they will decide again.

    Moreover, the Supreme Court's rebuke over the serious air pollution in Delhi-NCR, the Central Government has formed a task force. A 17-member Flying Task Force has been created, and this task force will take the report every evening at 6 pm. The Supreme Court has displayed content over this initiative of the Central Government.





    At the same time, the Supreme Court has accepted the affidavit registered by the Delhi government concerning the possibility of a third wave of Corona. SC has approved the Delhi government to support construction work in hospitals. The next hearing of the case will be on December 10.
