The Anganwadi teacher and her assistant burned the child's genitals with a matchstick because he was urinating in his underwear. The heinous crime occurred on Monday, according to police, and the FIR was filed on Friday.
Rashmi, the teacher, has been charged under the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015 as well as Section 285 of the Indian Penal Code, according to Superintendent of Police (SP) Rahulkumar Shahapurwad.
