Sushil Mantri in connection with a money-laundering probe. Sushil is the

The ED probe against the developer began on March 22 due
to an FIR filed against the company, its directors, and numerous employees in
2020.
The police and ED have received several complaints from
homebuyers alleging that the accused organizations and individuals are involved
in money laundering.
They alleged that the company used inventive strategies,
misleading brochures, and false delivery predictions for several projects to
deceive potential consumers.
After making efforts to resolve his financial issues, the
developer was able to secure funding for his Mantri Serenity project from the
government-funded SWAMIH Investment Fund in late 2020.
The project of Mantri Developers had been in limbo for
more than a year due to a financial issue.
