    Bakrid, often known as the "festival of Qurbani," is very important in Islam. One of the two major holidays observed by the Muslim community is this one.

    Digital Desk: Eid al-Adha 2022: Maulana Khalid Rashid has issued a
    warning on animal sacrifices ahead of Bakrid 2022 (the festival of Qurbani or
    sacrifice), urging Muslims to only kill animals that are permitted by law.
    Additionally, he requested that people not post videos or pictures of
    sacrifices on social media.
