Hyderabad Police: Staged ruckus by Rabble-rouser at Secunderabad Railway station

People involved in the riots have been convicted under various sections of the IPC, the PPD Act, and the IR Act.

Digital Desk: The Hyderabad police elaborated that the incident at the Secunderabad railway station was planned, and the troublemakers were given advance notice of the time and location of their meeting near the station.

In the firing at the railway station, one person was killed, the bullets injured five others, and a few others were injured by stone pelting and lathi charges.

"Violence had been pre-meditated." Everything was pre-planned, including the time, date, and location. Everything happened so short that there was little time to assemble forces and manage the violence," stated a Hyderabad municipal police official.

The police apprehended some people who were involved in the incident. During their interrogation, the police discovered that a few agitators encouraged the larger group to resort to violence.

An official who declined to be quoted said that the "Personal interrogation is underway. "Details on how it was planned and so on are slowly emerging."

While checking the security camera, the footage seemed to be near the railway station; the Hyderabad police are assisting the railway police in identifying those involved in the incident.

Outstation trains, local trains, buses, and private automobiles had all been used to get to the railway station, according to the police. "When the police force assembled for action, a handful of the miscreants escaped the railway station." The official stated that "efforts are being made to identify and apprehend them," and that "questioning them will help us learn more about the planning."

Outside the railway station, Telangana State Special Police troops and local police continued to patrol the area. The railway police are stationed in sufficient numbers inside the station.

The people involved in the violence on Friday have been charged under several sections of the Indian Penal Code, the PPD Act, and the IR Act.
