    Railofy, a Mumbai-based startup, has developed an app that allows consumers to quickly check their PNR status and other train-related information, such as delays and live station notifications.

    After purchasing a ticket, passengers are given a PNR, which is a unique number. PNR includes information about passengers and their travel plans, as well as whether a ticket is confirmed, subject to Reservation against Cancellation (RAC), or on a waiting list (WL). 

    Approximately 10-20 days before the departure date, the application allows users to access IRCTC ticket services, including PNR status.

    Passengers can use their WhatsApp number to access all functionalities, including their PNR status in real-time, receive regular updates, and observe the live train operation status.

    Here's how to check your PNR status in real-time on WhatsApp:

    1| To upgrade the WhatsApp app on your smartphone, go to the App Store for iPhone users or the Play Store for Android users.

    2| Save the WhatsApp number +91-9881193322 for railway inquiries to your phone.

    3| The contact will be updated and added to WhatsApp's contact list.

    4| From your WhatsApp contact list, select a person.

    5| After you've opened the Railofy train query WhatsApp number, input your 10-digit PNR number and submit it.

    6| The programme will notify you of all updates and provide you with real-time information regarding your train ride and WhatsApp status.

    7| You have several alternatives, including calling or sending an SMS with the message Send PNR to 139, to check the status of your PNR.

    Additionally, IRCTC has created an application called Zoop for meal delivery. This will enable travellers to place their food orders before arriving at the next stop. The station to which they want their food served can be chosen by the traveller.

    Here's how you can order your food: 

    1| Save the WhatsApp number +91 7042062070 for Zoop in your phone's contacts. Your WhatsApp will add the contact. If not, you may do a single refresh.

    2| Enter the 10-digit PNR number from your ticket into the chat window, then choose the station you want your order delivered to. You can choose any station.

    3| By providing a list of selections from the eateries, the Zoop chatbot will also assist. You may now place a food order online and pay for it at your favourite restaurant.

    4| Additionally, the chatbot gives you the option to track your order directly from the chatbot.
