Directorate (ED) investigators looking into the West Bengal School Service
Commission (WBSSC) scam are likely to question Pranab Bhattacharya, one of
Arpita Mukherjee's drivers who used to drive her car only when she left her
home to meet her mentor and former West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee, in
order to learn more about those meetings.

According
to ED sources, on July 22, when the ED investigators began their search
operations in Arpita's flat there, Bhattacharya was present at the Diamond City
housing complex. As a result, his questioning may one day be necessary, the
sources added.

The
Enforcement Directorate (ED) investigators looking into the West Bengal School
Service Commission (WBSSC) scam are likely to question Pranab Bhattacharya, one
of Arpita Mukherjee's drivers who used to drive her car only when she left her
home to meet her mentor and former West Bengal minister Partha Chatterjee, in
order to learn more about those meetings.

According

Bhattacharya
has also asserted that even though Arpita Mukherjee employed other drivers, she
always preferred having him behind the wheel whenever she left her Diamond Park
home, particularly when she went to visit Partha Chatterjee. In January of this
year, he was hired to be her driver.

Her
driver was Kalyan Dhar, the husband of Arpita Mukherjee's sister. Arpita
Mukherjee steered clear of using him as a driver when she went out, most likely
due to familial ties.

Later,
it was discovered that Dhar was also appointed as a director of three firms:
Symbiosis Merchants Private Limited, Sentry Engineering Private Limited, and
Echhay Entertainment Private Limited.
